We are delighted to announce that The Greenland School in Santiago, Chile, has joined the Cognita family.

The Greenland School, in Santiago, was founded in 1995 and now has some 1,600 students, aged between 3 and 18 years old. Teaching the Chilean National Curriculum, the school promotes a sense of family, local and national community, with a focus on sports, participation and leadership.

Pilar Neumann Aguiree, Principal of The Greenland School said: Joining the global Cognita family begins a new chapter of our history as a school. It will also create new opportunities for us to develop as a school community – for our educators and staff as well as for our students and their families.”

Josep Caubet, Cognita´s Chief Executive Officer for Latin America, said: “We are delighted to welcome The Greenland School to Cognita. We look forward to sharing the experience and expertise from across our global group as well as learning more about Greenland’s own best practices. In this way Cognita will continue to develop Greenland – and our wider family – for the benefit of all students and teachers.”
