Glen Radojkovich, Managing Director UAE, and Jonny Croall, UAE School Improvement Partner, recently visited Repton School in the UK, one of our prestigious partner schools.

A visit rooted in school improvement

During their time at Repton UK, Glen and Jonny met with Headmaster Mark Semmence and colleagues across the school, spending time in conversation about teaching and learning, school leadership, and the shared opportunities that come from being part of the wider Repton family.

At Cognita, we believe that the best school improvement happens through partnership, when experienced educators come together across schools and contexts to share what works, challenge each other’s thinking, and raise the standard of education for every student. Visits like this are a practical expression of that belief.

Glen Radojkovich, Managing Director UAE, shared:

“Visiting Repton UK is always a genuinely energising experience. What resonates and sets this relationship apart, is the sense of shared purpose and true partnership between Repton UK and Cognita. While the schools are operating in very different contexts, our commitment to what we want for our students is the same. Our students benefit enormously from being part of that wider Repton family and the relationship is reciprocal.”

The visit concluded with an alumni evening in London bringing together Reptonians from the UK and over 30 alumni from Repton Dubai, at the Hurlingham. It was wonderful evening and a reminder of the enduring power of a Repton education: a community that stays with you, a network that opens doors, and a foundation for a life of purpose.

The strength of established partnerships

The relationship between Repton UK and Repton’s UAE schools is a model for how Cognita approaches partnership across our global platform. We look to work alongside schools with deep roots, strong values, and a genuine commitment to transformational education because we know that when schools with shared purpose collaborate closely, it is students who benefit most.

It is why we are proud to partner with some of the UK’s most prestigious schools, including Brighton College, RGS Guildford, Alleyn’s, Cheltenham, Downe House and King’s College Taunton, to ensure our students have every opportunity to thrive.
