The following policies and statements outline Lernen Midco 2 Ltd.’s (Cognita’s) approach to ethics, governance, people, cybersecurity, safeguarding, and responsible business practices.

These policies apply to the entire Cognita Group and form part of our internal governance framework. Unless otherwise stated, each policy applies across all Group operations. Regional policies supplement these Group policies where local regulations or practices require additional detail.

Certain regional or internal policies are available upon request from the relevant local HR or Legal team.
