Founded in 1916, Salcombe is an independent preparatory school for girls and boys between 3 and 11 years of age. Having worked in education across a range of roles, including Deputy Head and Designated Safeguarding Lead, Roshan brings extensive experience in leadership, teaching and pastoral care.

Through her leadership, Roshan has developed a strong understanding of how to build a culture of academic ambition, high expectations and exceptional pastoral care. She is committed to ensuring that every child is supported to achieve their full potential, both within the classroom and beyond.
