Gillian Hammond
Principal
Ms. Hammond is the Principal of Repton Al Barsha, and the Inclusion and Safeguarding Governor of Repton School Dubai. She earned a Bachelors of Combined Science at the prestigious University of Lancaster in 2000, graduating with Honours. She completed the National Qualification for Headship in 2005 and has since served in many leadership roles in the UK and internationally. Ms. Hammond has also worked as an education consultant to regional education authorities in the UK. Before joining Repton Al Barsha, she was the Principal of Repton Abu Dhabi, successfully obtaining an Outstanding rating in 2021/22. Her prior roles include Head of Secondary, Assistant Vice Principal among other leadership responsibilities.
