Richard then took on the same role at Dulwich College Suzhou, supporting the school through its IB Diploma and CIS accreditation. After moving to Poland, he oversaw pastoral provision in Key Stage 3 as part of the Secondary School Leadership Team.
In 2015, Richard became Deputy Head of Secondary at Sharjah English School, a not-for-profit institution, where his leadership saw students achieve record-breaking GCSE and A-Level results.
