Akeley Wood Senior & Sixth Form School
ABOUT Akeley Wood Senior & Sixth Form School
Akeley Wood House is home to Years 9 to 11 and the Sixth Form.
The Senior School curriculum is designed to help develop students’ knowledge and understanding of not only core subjects but a wide range of topics, to give them a global perspective. In addition to the in-classroom practices, students have ample opportunity to take part in extra-curricular activities including sport and regular trips and visits to enhance their learning.
The Sixth Form is a fantastic place to prepare for higher education, an apprenticeship, the workplace, Armed Forces or other destination.
