Cognita Europe team completes Three Peaks charity challenge

Cognita charity climb 2017

Colleagues from Cognita’s European business have successfully completed a challenge to scale ‘Three Peaks’ of the UK and raise money for The British Red Cross.

An ‘elite’ group of colleagues from Cognita schools and offices across the UK completed the full Three Peaks Challenge – climbing Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon – 23 hours 41 minutes or less, while a party of novice climbers set a more leisurely pace and scaled Mount Snowdon on the same day.

“I would like to congratulate our colleagues for completing this gruelling event and raising money for a worthy cause,” says Stuart Rolland, Cognita’s CEO Europe who took part in the Mount Snowdon climb. “It was rewarding to spend time with colleagues from various schools and different parts of the business that don’t typically work together, in such an inspiring environment. I hope this is the first of many such events.”
