What makes Oakfields a great place to work?
- Our children: their behaviour is exemplary. Our children love to learn and are always curious to develop new skills and enhance their knowledge. As our behaviour is exemplary, no time is wasted in lessons. 100% learning in 100% of the lessons.
- Our staff: we are kind. All our staff from middays to cleaners to SLT talk and support each other to help our children be the very best they can be.
- Our location: it truly is breath taking. There is something special about working in a Grade II listed building full of historic memories that we get to be a part of each day.
- Our curriculum: we design our own. One of the many great aspects of being an independent school is designing our own curriculum for the children in our school. We describe it as traditional with a modern twist – it is at the heart of our school.
