A Level Joy for St Clare’s Pupils

Written by: St Clare’s School

This year’s students carry on the School’s tradition of achieving strong results with a fantastic 100% overall pass rate in the A to E grade range. We are delighted to report an increase of over 10% in the A*- B grades range, with over two-thirds (67%) of our pupils achieving this level.

Particular congratulations go to top-scoring Emily Whittle, Rebecca Lewis and Georgia Williams who all scored two A’s and a B grade each and will all be going on to the Universities of their choice later this year.

Top scoring subjects overall were Art and Spanish, closely followed by French, History and English.

Head Teacher Simon Antwis commented

“We’re all extremely proud of our A Level students as they have worked very hard. The results are directly attributable not only to the hard work, dedication and perseverance of the students themselves, but also to the quality of teaching delivered at St. Clare’s.

The students have given themselves a great headstart in life and we’re delighted to send them off to study at top Universities across Britain.”
